Who should host your email?

As an IT specialist for over 20 years, I have built enterprise and small business email solutions for thousands and as little as one.
It is expensive to build your own email solution. With spam and security issues a small business can spend upwards of $5000 per month for a secure sound solution.
The best solution for any small business is to have a quality service organization manage your email for your business.
Here are my top three partners.
1) Google Gmail
2) Microsoft Azure for Exchange with Outlook
3) Godaddy using Microsoft Exchange and the Outlook client
These are my favorite because of quality and costs. Call us to discuss how to migrate or start your email with a email partner.
Availability and security concepts must be the top of your list for an email partner.
Google offers flexible options of web mail and or client based mail clients from Apple mail, Microsoft Outlook and many others.
Microsoft Azure is a cloud based version of Microsoft Exchange for web or client based email access.

Online Reputation

So, the rage in Search Engine Optimization or SEO is about placing your company and or product in the search engine spotlight.

This is great for marketing and positive information for product sales.  But, what about your personal online footprint?

What information appears as search engine fodder for anyone to find for free?

1) Does a simple mistake or business decision become the online death to your personal reputation?
2)  Is bad or incorrect information become perceived as online fact?
3) Can a disgruntled friend, romantic relationship, co-worker, neighbor or anyone disgrace your reputation online?

The answer to all three questions is yes.

Now, how do you fix or clean this mess up.

You can spend thousands and even tens of thousands of dollars to a group of clean up experts.  Or, you can do many things your self.

Over the next few weeks, I will give you a roadmap to stop the madness.
